Terms and Conditions for MLS Tours
  • Invoice to be paid in full within 10 business days of date of service. $25.00 late fee applies if received after said date. MLS status of property has no bearing on date of service rendered and is the responsibility of agent to communicate (MLS number) to Insight Virtual Tours.
  • "Date of service" is to be considered as the day of photography shoot and not as completion and delivery of project date.
  • Agent is responsible for explaining/communicating any marketing direction/strategy/areas of focus in regards to photography prior to Insight Virtual Tours arrival at property. Failure to do so will result in Insight Virtual Tours usage of experience, knowledge and discretion to capture property in a manner deemed appropriate.
  • $30.00 fee applies upon agent request for Insight Virtual Tours to return to property for additional images; i.e., sunset, sunrise, tidal conditions, weather, etc. Fee applies only upon request of agent and not as the result of Insight Virtual Tours error. Additional images upon return will be billed separately if not included as part of original package.
  • Agent is responsible for communicating any activity about property in regards to price adjustments and MLS status to Insight Virtual Tours for said adjustments to reflect in tour.
  • Agent will receive an email with tour links, still images and flyer proof within 24-48 hours of completion of shoot. It is the agents responsibility to verify all and approve all information and verbiage contained in flyer and virtual tour. Upon approval, Insight Virtual Tours will feed the tour to websites.
  • $25.00 fee applies to non-showcase members or Realtor.com for tour to appear on website. It is the agents responsibility to convey this information to Insight Virtual Tours prior to tour becoming live.
  • Insight Virtual Tours will make any and all attempts to capture and market property to the best of its ability and reserves the right to postpone photography shoots in inclement weather and/or conditions deemed unsafe to any parties involved.
